A Substance Free, Safety Oriented, Amenity Packed Community
Ivory University House is a vibrant and inclusive community that upholds high standards for all residents. We understand that a healthy and focused environment plays a crucial role in academic success and personal growth. That’s why we have intentionally fostered a substance-free culture within our residence halls and for safety purposes, we do not welcome overnight guests. Amenities such as recital and practice space, yoga, meditation, fitness programs, game rooms, art studio, mentors in intellectual, physical, spiritual, and psychological areas of study and exploration, cooking classes, and outdoor activities are all part of the Ivory University House experience. Join us as we work together to create an empowering environment for you and all of our residents.

At Ivory University House, we are proud to introduce a groundbreaking model for supporting higher education by donating all net proceeds to student scholarships. We firmly believe that financial barriers should not hinder a deserving student’s pursuit of knowledge and personal growth. Through this model every resident of Ivory University House becomes a catalyst for change, contributing to a cycle of support that uplifts the community.

Ivory University House provides students with direct access to campus, transit and the student life center. The University of Utah has shown that students who live proximate to campus have higher grade-point averages throughout their college careers than peers who live off campus and are 12% more likely to complete their college degrees.
